Fried avocado with dipping sauce
Ingredients
Method
- Peel and slice the avocados into wedges.
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each avocado wedge into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the avocado wedges in batches until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- For the dipping sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve the fried avocado wedges with the dipping sauce on the side.
- Enjoy!
