Peel and slice the avocados into wedges.
In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Dip each avocado wedge into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the avocado wedges in batches until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Season with salt and pepper.
For the dipping sauce:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Serve the fried avocado wedges with the dipping sauce on the side.
