- 1 pound flat rice noodles
- 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined

- Push the shrimp and sausage to one side of the wok and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok, along with the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Add the bean sprouts and chives to the wok and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
