Ingredients
- 1 pound flat rice noodles
- 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 pound Chinese sausage sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 pound bean sprouts
- 1 bunch chives cut into 2-inch lengths
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Instructions
- Cook the flat rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Add the bean sprouts and chives to the wok and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
