Slow Cooker Apple Chicken

Method
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the sliced apples on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix together the apple cider, chicken broth, honey, minced garlic, and pour the mixture over the chicken and apples.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once done, you can shred the chicken or serve it whole with the apple mixture on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Enjoy!
