Gyeongju bread

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the milk and water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each portion into a small disc.
- Place a spoonful of red bean paste in the center of each dough disc.
- Fold the dough over the red bean paste and pinch the edges to seal.
- Roll each filled dough ball in sesame seeds (optional).
- Place the filled dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
- Let the Gyeongju bread cool slightly before serving.
