  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (180°C). Carefully place the Xuixo in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • While still warm, roll the Xuixo in sugar to coat.
  • Serve and enjoy!
