Pizza Margherita

Method
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion out into a thin crust.
- Place the crusts on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each crust with olive oil and spread a layer of tomato sauce on top.
- Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces and distribute it evenly over the sauce.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve hot. Enjoy
