Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion out into a thin crust.
Place the crusts on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Brush each crust with olive oil and spread a layer of tomato sauce on top.
Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces and distribute it evenly over the sauce.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
