  • Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill the steak to your desired doneness. For a medium-rare steak, cook it for about 4-5 minutes per side. Adjust the cooking time based on your preference. Once cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  • Serve the sliced steak, shrimp, and lobster tails together on a platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
