Triple Combination Souvlaki Skewers with Tzatziki

Greek Souvlaki is traditionally made with chicken, lamb, or pork. In these Triple Combination Skewers, we have prepared all three meats and combined them onto one skewer and they are simply fabulous. The Tzatziki sauce brings all the flavors together. These are wonderful served with a nice Greek salad and an ice-cold beer.
