  • If using spinach, cook it in a pan over medium heat until wilted. Squeeze out any excess moisture and set aside. If using ground beef or lamb, cook it in a separate pan until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay out one sheet of phyllo pastry dough on a flat surface and brush it lightly with melted butter and vegetable oil.
  • Place another sheet of phyllo dough on top of the first one and brush it with the butter and oil mixture as well. Repeat this process until you have about 6 to 8 layers.

  • Brush the top of the rolled dough with more butter and oil mixture.
  • Repeat steps 3 to 7 with the remaining phyllo dough and filling until you have used them all.
  • Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry turns golden brown and crispy.
