Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe lulo fruits
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Start by washing the lulo fruits thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
  2. Cut the lulo fruits in half and scoop out the flesh using a spoon, discarding any seeds.
  3. Place the lulo fruit flesh into a blender or food processor.
  4. Add the cold water and sugar to the blender.
  5. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and well combined.
  6. Taste the Lulada and adjust the sugar as needed, depending on your preference for sweetness.
  7. If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender for a chilled Lulada.
  8. Blend the mixture again briefly to incorporate the ice cubes (if added).
  9. Pour the Lulada into glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint leaves (if desired), and serve chilled.
