Lulada (Lulo Drink)

Method
- Start by washing the lulo fruits thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Cut the lulo fruits in half and scoop out the flesh using a spoon, discarding any seeds.
- Place the lulo fruit flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the cold water and sugar to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and well combined.
- Taste the Lulada and adjust the sugar as needed, depending on your preference for sweetness.
- If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender for a chilled Lulada.
- Blend the mixture again briefly to incorporate the ice cubes (if added).
- Pour the Lulada into glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint leaves (if desired), and serve chilled.
