Instructions

- If using arepas, warm them in a separate skillet or toaster.
- Assemble the Bandeja Paisa on a large platter by arranging the cooked rice, red beans, chorizo sausages, chicharrón, fried eggs, plantains, avocado slices, and arepas.
- Optionally, you can also include grilled steak or pork on the platter.
