Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup red beans (cooked or canned)
- 4 chorizo sausages
- 1 cup chicharrón (crispy pork belly), chopped into small pieces

- Assemble the Bandeja Paisa on a large platter by arranging the cooked rice, red beans, chorizo sausages, chicharrón, fried eggs, plantains, avocado slices, and arepas.
