Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, maple syrup, salt, and spices. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. In the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips to the ice cream maker.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
