Method
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, maple syrup, salt, and spices. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips to the ice cream maker.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
