Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable broth, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes, then form it into small nugget shapes.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Roll each nugget in the breadcrumbs until coated.
- Place the nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
