- 1 lb. green beans fresh, washed, trimmed and patted dry
- 3 ๏ปฟclove garlic large, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt to taste

To Serve:
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil ๏ปฟhigh-quality
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese ๏ปฟfreshly, grated

- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpatโข baking mat. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans, garlic, and olive oil together until coated. Spread the seasoned green beans on prepared baking sheet into a single layer without crowding. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
- Place the baking sheet in the pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes or just until the beans are crisp tender, turning once halfway through.
