Shrimp and asparagus

Method
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Push the shrimp to one side of the skillet and add the asparagus.
- Cook the asparagus for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Toss the shrimp and asparagus together in the skillet to combine.
- Serve the shrimp and asparagus hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and lemon wedges on the side.
