Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • chopped nuts
  • chocolate chips
  • whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise, leaving the skins on.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  4. Brush the cut side of the bananas with the honey mixture.
  5. Place the bananas cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  6. Carefully flip the bananas and grill for another 2-3 minutes, until they are caramelized and softened.
  7. Remove the bananas from the grill and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
  8. Enjoy!
