  • Prepare duck:
    In a container mix together salt, pepper and paprika.
    Rub seasoning onto duck and place in a baking pan.
  • Bake:
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    Roast duck for 1 hour.
    Melt butter in saucepan or in a microwave in a microwavable container.
    After roasting duck for 1 hour use 1/4 melted butter to baste duck and cook for 45 minutes.
    Next use remaining butter to baste duck again and cook for 15 more minutes.
  • Serve warm.
