Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 pounds duck whole
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Prepare duck:In a container mix together salt, pepper and paprika. Rub seasoning onto duck and place in a baking pan.
- Bake:Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Roast duck for 1 hour.Melt butter in saucepan or in a microwave in a microwavable container.After roasting duck for 1 hour use 1/4 melted butter to baste duck and cook for 45 minutes. Next use remaining butter to baste duck again and cook for 15 more minutes.
