Cheddar Chicken Breasts is a delicious dish made by coating chicken breasts with a mixture of cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and seasonings, then baking or grilling until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking dish.
  4. Evenly divide the cheese and breadcrumb mixture over the top of each chicken breast, pressing it down gently to adhere.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. You can broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes if you want the cheese to be more golden and crispy.
