Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside. Clean the mushroom caps with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt.
- Chop the mushroom stems finely and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the drained crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, melted butter, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the chopped mushroom stems. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture, pressing it down gently.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are cooked through and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms hot and enjoy!
