Method
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp marinara over cooked pasta of your choice.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Enjoy!
