Ofada stew
Ingredients
Method
- In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add the bell peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.
- Stir in the ground crayfish and Cameroon pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the assorted meats or seafood to the pot and mix well.
- Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 30-45 minutes, or until the meats are tender.
- Season with salt to taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve the Ofada Stew hot with Ofada rice and enjoy!
