Garlic chicken balls

- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the garlic-chicken balls in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per batch.
- Remove the balls from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve the garlic-chicken balls hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as a topping for salads or pasta.
