Method
- In a blender or food processor, blend the roasted peanuts until they form a coarse powder.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground peanuts, ginger, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the sliced meat to the marinade, making sure to coat each piece thoroughly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated meat onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice charred exterior.
- Serve the Suya-Skewered Meat hot with your favorite side dishes or dipping sauce.
