- 4 medium-sized potatoes boiled, peeled, and diced

- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Add diced boiled potatoes and mix gently so that the potatoes are coated with the masala.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
- Serve hot with roti, puri, or rice.
