Breakfast Pancake

Method
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Do not overmix – it’s okay if the batter is a bit lumpy.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
