Bacon-wrapped chicken liver is a delicious appetizer or dish where chicken liver is wrapped in bacon, then cooked until the bacon is crispy and the liver is tender.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken livers cleaned and trimmed
  • 8 slices bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken livers with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut each bacon slice in half lengthwise.
  4. Wrap each chicken liver with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  5. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken livers on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken livers are cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  8. Enjoy with your favorite dip.
