- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the mini tart shells on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, olives, broccoli, and bell pepper among the mini tart shells.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in each tart shell, filling them almost to the top.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the tart shells are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with additional chopped olives, broccoli, and bell pepper for a colorful presentation.
