Ingredients
  

  • 1 package mini tart shells (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olives chopped
  • Broccoli florets chopped
  • Bell pepper diced

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place the mini tart shells on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Divide the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, olives, broccoli, and bell pepper among the mini tart shells.
  5. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in each tart shell, filling them almost to the top.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the tart shells are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Garnish with additional chopped olives, broccoli, and bell pepper for a colorful presentation.
  9. Enjoy!
