- 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 potatoes peeled and diced

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the sliced kielbasa sausage until browned. Remove from pot and set aside.

- Simmer the soup for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are cooked through.
- Add the cooked kielbasa back to the pot and heat through.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
