  • In a bowl, combine 3 cups flour with water. Mix together with a spoon. Add remaining flour and knead until dough is soft not sticky. If too soft or sticky add small portions of flour until desired consistency is obtained.
  • Pull up a small chunk of flour about 1/4 handful and make in a ball. Knead dough inwards with fingers then indent the middle so that it looks like a donut or wheel.
  • Boiled a pot of water. Add dumplings and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with Ackee and Salt Fish, Callaloo, Brown Stew Chicken, Curry Chicken or Stew Liver.
