- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the pork pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped kale to the skillet and stir well to combine with the pork.
- Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the kale is wilted and the pork is cooked through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
