Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place the tuna patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
