Chicken tortilla soup

Method
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in cumin and chili powder, cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, shredded chicken, black beans, and corn to the pot. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the soup hot, topped with crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheese, diced avocado, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
