Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Water for sealing wontons
  • Oil for frying or water for boiling

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper.
  3. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the wonton wrapper over the filling to form a triangle or your desired shape. Press the edges to seal.
  5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. To fry the wontons, heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. To boil the wontons, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the wontons and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  8. Serve the beef wontons hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
