Shrimp Scampi

Method
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Serve the shrimp scampi over cooked pasta or with crusty bread.
- Enjoy!
