Grilled lobster

Method
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Using a sharp knife, split the lobsters in half lengthwise. Remove the tomalley (green substance) and any visible roe.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
- Place the lobsters cut side down on the preheated grill.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with the remaining butter mixture while grilling.
- Remove the lobsters from the grill and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
