Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole lobsters (about 1 1/4 pounds each)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using a sharp knife, split the lobsters in half lengthwise. Remove the tomalley (green substance) and any visible roe.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
  5. Place the lobsters cut side down on the preheated grill.
  6. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with the remaining butter mixture while grilling.
  7. Remove the lobsters from the grill and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
