  • In a bowl add sugar. If using ginger and or cinnamon, add to sugar and mix.
  • Add a tablespoon full of tamarind pulp to sugar mixture and mix. Use your hands to roll into a ball. Drop again in sugar mixture and mix around for added coating. Remove and set aside.
  • Repeat the process. Serve immediately or store in a zipper bag. Enjoy!
