  • Wash crawfish or regular shrimp. Keep head on shrimp. Crushed 6 whole Scotch Bonnet Peppers and set aside.
  • Add 2 cups of water to pan and bring to a boil then add crushed peppers.
  • Next add crawfish and then 3 tbsps salt. Stir and cook for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
