Jamaican Pepper Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound crawfish with head on or shrimp
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 6 Scotch bonnet peppers crushed
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Wash crawfish or regular shrimp. Keep head on shrimp. Crushed 6 whole Scotch Bonnet Peppers and set aside.
- Add 2 cups of water to pan and bring to a boil then add crushed peppers.
- Next add crawfish and then 3 tbsps salt. Stir and cook for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
