Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound crawfish with head on or shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 6 Scotch bonnet peppers crushed
  • 2 cups water

Method
 

  1. Wash crawfish or regular shrimp. Keep head on shrimp. Crushed 6 whole Scotch Bonnet Peppers and set aside.
  2. Add 2 cups of water to pan and bring to a boil then add crushed peppers.
  3. Next add crawfish and then 3 tbsps salt. Stir and cook for 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Notes

Regular shrimp can be used to substitute for crawfish. Best result with scotch bonnet peppers.
