Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in fully cooked ham (about 8-10 pounds)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
All

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, fat side up.
  3. Score the surface of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, orange juice, cloves, and cinnamon. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to get into the scored lines.
  6. Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for about 1 hour.
  7. Remove the foil, brush the remaining glaze over the ham, and continue baking for another 30-45 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
  8. The ham is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  9. Let the ham rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
  10. Enjoy!

Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the size and type of ham you are using, so it’s always a good idea to use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the ham reaches 140°F (60°C) before serving.
