- Season the pork belly slices with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly slices and fry until they are crispy and golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for a few minutes to make a roux.
- Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Add the chopped parsley to the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the crispy pork belly slices with the parsley sauce drizzled on top.
