Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag or a bowl, and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the drumsticks are evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated drumsticks on the wire rack, leaving some space between each piece.
Bake the drumsticks in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until they are cooked through and the skin is crispy. You can brush on any remaining marinade halfway through the cooking time for extra flavor.
Once cooked, remove the drumsticks from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro for garnish, if desired, and serve hot.
