In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, making sure they are well coated on all sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the spicy sauce.
Once all the chicken pieces are fried, transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the spicy sauce over the chicken and toss until well coated.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve the Chicken Padak hot and enjoy!
