  1. In a small bowl, mix together all the spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts, making sure they are coated evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
