Season the chicken parts with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
In a bowl, mix together the chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and chicken broth.
Place the seasoned chicken parts in a baking dish.
Spoon the artichoke mixture over the chicken, making sure to cover each piece evenly.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
Serve the artichoke chicken hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
