  • 1 spread butter optional to mayonnaise
  • 2 leaf lettuce wash well
  • 2 slices tomatoes optional
  • 1 spread mayonnaise optional to butter

  1. Boil egg to hard consistency usually 10 minutes and slice in 2.
  2. Spread butter or mayonnaise or both on one or both sides of bread.
  3. Base with lettuce and add egg and anchovy. Enjoy!
