- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken pieces and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and water chestnuts to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the toasted almonds and green onions. Cook for another minute.
- Serve the Almond Chicken over cooked rice and enjoy!
